K-MENS is enriched with Saraca indica, Woodfordia fruticosa, Zingiber officinale, Berbens aristata, Nymphea nouchali, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia belerica, Emblica officinalis, Magnifera indica, Carum bulbocastanum, Adhatoda vasica, and Santalum album.

Diet

Avoid excess chilli, spices, fatty and oily food.

Dosage

1-2 capsules thrice a day, or as directed by a physician. It is advisable not to use K-Mens during pregnancy.
